we are deeply sorry

FIVESTONES

As an association, we feel deeply ashamed that we could not evacuate our dear friends and co-workers in Kabul. Words cannot describe how sorry we are. You were the young people who gave hope to a whole generation in Afghanistan.

Wir sind traurig

With your dedication, your solidarity with others, your endless energy you were role models and to many – heroes. You fought with all you had against religious fanatism, against discrimination and war. And you peacefully and creatively fought for your own future in freedom and peace.

You deserve to live in a supportive and secure environment. Instead, you are trapped in a country that betrayed you, in a terrorist regime that forbids you to spread your wings and fly. We all believed that even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference in a person’s life. Now we are harshly shown that we are too small to help you get out from the terror regime. You deserve so much better.

We will never stop trying to support you the best way possible.
